Meet Roland and Dayna Hennigan – Founders of Hennigan Realty Group

Houston/Galveston area natives and full-time Realtors, Roland and Dayna Hennigan are more than just a husband and wife real estate team, they are passionate advocates for helping people achieve the dream of homeownership.

 

Their real estate journey began in 2020, during the uncertainty of the COVID-19 pandemic. With the world in crisis, they made the bold decision to step out on faith and pursue what had always been on their hearts: helping others and real estate. Upon fulfilling the requirements to hold their Texas real estate licenses and after joining a brokerage, they were told they needed to reach out to family and friends to let them know they were practicing real estate in order to gain business.

What they quickly discovered was that many hardworking individuals weren’t in a position to qualify for home loans. Rather than turning away or focusing only on easy wins, that realization lit a fire in them, not just to sell homes, but to educate, and empower their community.

​

Determined to serve every client with care and integrity, they built relationships with dozens of lenders and explored every loan product available, seeking creative, flexible, and affordable financing options. Their dedication has resulted in a strong network of mortgage professionals who work alongside them to offer personalized solutions for every buyer.

In 2022, relationships built from previous volunteer work in the community led them to partner with Deloyd Parker and The S.H.A.P.E. Community Center, launching monthly homebuyer workshops. These free events offer attendees one-on-one access to Realtors, mortgage loan officers, and a credit counselor, empowering them with the education, tools, support and a personalized plan to take the next step toward owning a home.

Their unwavering commitment didn’t go unnoticed.

As their reputation for care and commitment grew, so did the referrals, including clients relocating from out of state. When those clients expressed concerns about not knowing the area or where to start, Roland and Dayna stepped in once again to serve. They began creating a comprehensive relocation website that highlights not just homes and communities across Houston, but also lifestyle details like local schools, restaurants, hospitals, and major employers and more providing a one-stop resource for anyone looking to make Houston their new home.
